Return Process

  Securely pack the hair extensions in their original bundle ties and packaging, ensuring the gold security seal has not been broken or tampered with.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to confirm it meets our hygiene standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
